Want to send an item back? No problem!

If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can make use of your right of withdrawal. Withdrawal is possible up to 14 days after receiving the goods. For further details, please see our Terms & Conditions as well as the Right of Withdrawal section.

How it works:

Please first get in touch with our customer service via the contact form or by email at: info@firstaustria.eu, and let us know you'd like to make a return. You'll then receive further information about your return.

Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by you — except for returns on orders within Germany, Austria, and France.

However, if the issue is due to an incorrect delivery or damaged goods, we will of course reimburse any return shipping costs you've paid in full. If you're entitled to a refund of your return shipping costs, please keep your proof of postage — this is the only way we can reimburse you.

Note regarding your return:

We can only guarantee prompt processing if all details about your order are provided in full.

Please return the item in its original packaging wherever possible. You may inspect the goods as part of your right of withdrawal — just as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond this and has lost value as a result, we are entitled to deduct this amount from your refund.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will issue the refund within 14 days.
