Delivery Conditions for the TZS First Austria Webshop

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver exclusively to the following countries:

  • Austria
  • Germany
  • France
  • Netherlands
  • Italy
  • Spain
  • Luxembourg

Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible.

2. Shipping Costs

There are no shipping costs for deliveries to the countries listed above. Delivery is therefore free of charge. Excluded are spare part orders – in this case, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs depending on the size and weight of the spare part.

3. Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated, the following estimated delivery times apply:

  • Austria & Germany: 1–3 business days
  • France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg: 3–5 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on product availability and delivery area.

4. Shipping Carrier

Shipping currently takes place from Germany via our shipping partner DHL. Depending on the delivery country, the package may also be handed over to the regional postal service. It is currently not possible for the customer to choose the shipping carrier.

5. Shipment Tracking

As soon as the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link. All our logistics partners endeavor to deliver your shipment as quickly as possible. Should there be an unexpected delay, please contact our customer service to check the delivery status.

6. Delivery Restrictions

  • Delivery to packing stations may be restricted depending on the shipping carrier.
  • Deliveries outside the countries listed above are currently not available.
  • If delivery is not possible due to incomplete or incorrect address data, the delivery time may be extended. In this case, please check your delivery address.

7. Partial Deliveries

If products have different delivery times or need to be shipped separately, partial deliveries are possible. The customer will incur no additional costs as a result.
