What material is the soleplate made of?

The iron has a ceramic soleplate.

Can the product also be used vertically?

Yes, the iron can also be used vertically without an ironing board, thanks to the vertical steam shot feature.

Why is smoke coming from my iron?

It is normal for the appliance to produce some smoke during first use. This will stop after a few uses.

Why is the steam function not working?

Please note that the steam function can only be used at the maximum temperature setting. When using a lower temperature setting, the iron will drip and will not function properly.

There was water in the tank of my new product. Why is that?

Every model is tested for water tightness. Therefore, there may be a few drops of condensation in the water tank.
