The product must not be tilted at an angle of more than 45° during transport or use. Under no circumstances should the product be placed upside down. Doing so may cause the compressor or cooling system to malfunction. Please wait for approximately 2 hours before using the product for the first time to allow the fluids in the compressor to settle.

Preparation takes 45–60 minutes.

Our ice cream machines are powered by a compressor.

If the compressor switches off, it cannot be restarted until a safety delay of 3 minutes has elapsed. If a cooling function is activated during this time, the compressor will switch on automatically once the safety delay has elapsed.

Our ice cream machines contain the refrigerant R600a.

Yes, our machines are equipped with an automatic shut-off function. If the ice cream becomes too firm, the machine automatically stops stirring to protect the motor from damage.

Please ensure that you do not simply place the lid on top, but close it completely by turning it towards the lock symbol shown until you hear it click into place.

This is the only way the appliance will recognise that the lid is properly closed. Otherwise, an audible beep will sound when you switch it on.

It is possible that water droplets between the freezer compartment and the container have not been wiped away and have now frozen. Wait a few minutes and then try lifting the container again.

The freezer compartment and/or the container may be excessively dirty, or the container may have become misshapen. Clean the freezer compartment and the outside of the container. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service team.

The electrical contacts on the underside of the motor or on the opposite side of the appliance may be dirty or covered. Wipe the electrical contacts clean. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service team.
